This is a really great idea for a different approach to creating animations.

A little while ago I posted photos of a Qee Dog that I customised with Little Old Men illustrations. I have just finished the second Qee, this time a bear. Below is an image of this new addition to the Qee ‘Little Old Men’ group.

Lumping and lolloping, this mother and daughter duo take their time but will get the job done. Fastidious and thorough in their approach they can be quite frustrating for the more speedy animal to watch. But much like the tortoise and the hare, we know who will win in the end. “Whoah!!! What’s that!”, “Look, LOOK!! I think there’s something behind that tree!!!!” and “I don’t wanna! I don’t wanna!!” is just some of the nervous uttering of this freaked out little creature. One day he will get used to the day to day obstacles of life but for now he’s living on the edge of his wits. Click on the image to see it bigger.

Like a clumsy new born dear this creatures long legs prove quite unwieldy when she is traversing the uneven woodland soil. Click on the image to see it bigger.
